With over 34 years in the millwright and industrial mechanic field, I know how to fix nearly everything that moves, pumps, or is powered by a motor. With training in 3 phase electrical, diesel mechanics, switching gear, and generators, I have the experience to fix a variety of issues.

When going through your plant, I can help you identify problem areas. I use tools that most millwrights do not such as Flir thermal cameras and high speed video up to 45,000 FPS to find idiosyncrasies in equipment. I work closely with management and owners to find the root cause of a problem and work with them to come up with solutions which includes issues caused by incomplete training or misunderstanding of the equipment, from simple preventative maintenance schedules to discovering that machinery has been repaired using the incorrect material type.

I, on the other hand, come to your site in a custom built live-in mobile unit that has everything I need to work on your equipment and with your staff. Since I live on the site during my stay, I do nothing but focus on the task at hand. I observe the current functionality, and think about a solution to get your plant back up to 100% capacity.
